The “Bandas de Cá” in a single festival to cheer up the heart of Guarda! There’s one more efe to add to the five that accompany Guarda. The “highest” city, also known as the “city of the five efes”: Forte, Farta, Fria, Fiel and Formosa, now has an F for Festival: Bandas de Cá.
