The 2nd edition of the Vicentino Night Trail is a competitive and recreational trail running event that takes in trails and paths in the municipality of Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande, namely in the parishes of São Vicente Ferreira, Fenais da Luz, Calhetas and Pico da Pedra. It includes the Long Trail – 30 km / 900 d+ / 790 d-, the Short Trail – 20 km / 450 d+ / 360 d-, as well as a Mini Trail and a 12km non-competitive Walk. All the races start at Poços de São Vicente Ferreira and finish in the centre of the parish. The II Vicentino Night Trail (Long Trail, Short Trail and Mini Trail/Walk) is open to all athletes, of both genders, federated and non-federated, who are physically fit enough to practise the sport.
