Combining a variety of sport and fitness activities with good weather, excellent gastronomy, and some of the most spectacular landscapes, as a backdrop will let you achieve the physical performance and the overall wellbeing improvement you are looking for. Our sports experts will identify your sports needs and ambitions in order to prepare a personalized training log or, send us your own log so that we can adapt to an outdoor sports holiday program somewhere in Portugal, with or without coaching. This service fits particularly well as a pre-competition training camp for Individuals, Athletes, or Corporations teams in most sports activities (Orienteering, Triathlon, Cycling, Obstacle Courses, Cross fit…). These programs could even lead to the organization of a private competitive event.
