Amadora Active
Two parks in the city of Amadora will be given a new lease of life until September 17, with the municipal programme Amadora Ativa, an initiative that aims to encourage the practice of physical, sporting, recreational and leisure activities, promoting outdoor leisure activities for the local population.
Body Attack, Fencing, Fit Moves, GAP, Tennis Initiation, Orienteering, Stretching and Zumba are the activities featured this year, which will be practised by the population, with the support of the local Associative Movement, in the Central Park (Sports Zone) and Conde Castro Guimarães Park (in front of the Library).
Participation is free. No prior registration required.
9 and 10 September, in Parque Central.
16 and 17 September, in Parque Central and Parque Conde Castro Guimarães.
