HIKING IN THE SERRA DO MARÃO, WITH ITS FOREST, THE VALLEY OF THE PÓVOA RIVER, ITS RESERVOIR, AND THE RAMALHOSO MINES.
We’ll walk in the Serra do Marão, a natural heritage consisting of beautiful forest spots, the pastoral valley of the river Póvoa and its reservoir, passing through the historic Minas de Ramalhoso, where gold was once sought. We’ll pass by the viewpoint of Nossa Senhora de Moreira, where we feel insignificant such the beauty and the vastness of everything that surrounds us.
