PRO SANTA CRUZ 2023
The Pro Santa Cruz includes a men’s QS 3,000 category event, with 128 athletes expected to take part.
The WSL Qualifying Series is the world qualifying circuit that qualifies the 10 best surfers of the year for the main division. The 3000-point graduation has already taken on a major role in the top seeders’ calendar, as the points awarded are usually vital for final qualification.
After being part of the final stretch of the calendar in recent seasons, usually in April, the event in Santa Cruz is now in September.
The Pro Santa Cruz 2023 will feature the participation of Frederico Morais. Currently in 5th place on the Challenger Series, the athlete is in a good position to secure one of the 10 spots up for grabs on next year’s world circuit.
