The municipalities of Loures and Odivelas are organising the Odivelas-Loures-Odivelas Half Marathon for the first time on 24 September. Under the slogan Together for Sport, the two municipalities are joining forces to revive an athletics event that used to take place in the 80s and 90s, linking the two cities. On a date when the European Week of Sport is being celebrated, the initiative also includes a 10km run, a 5km walk and a run for the little ones the day before.
