Descent to the Caldeira in Faial

A Nature Reserve that maintains one of the best kept ecosystems of endemic species in the Azores! As we descend we discover different habitats such as the prairie, the cedar forest, the laurel forest and the rainforest!

Due to its remote location, the nature in this place remains untouched, as if no one had ever been there before.

It is a trail of high difficulty, only possible to explore in the company of a certified guide.
