VENTURE THROUGH SESIMBRA IN THIS COASTEERING ACTIVITY, DISCOVERING UNIQUE PLACES.
It consists of progressing along the area between tides on a rocky coast, using swimming, climbing, abseiling, jumping into the water and walking, allowing you to discover wonderful scenarios and corners impossible to dazzle in any other way.
It is a modality that, although recent, already has thousands of followers and lovers.
Wear: comfortable footwear that can be dunked (sport), old swimming trunks to wear over the isothermal suits, a suit of bath, towel, and clothes to change after the activity. In case of having long hair, it will have to bring a rubber to hold the hair.
Optional / extra: possibility of transport in Lisbon or Setubal.
