Walks with History – Beja Air Base and Herdade Vale da Rosa
The Strolls with History initiative, part of the CLDS-4G application, will be held on 26 and 28 September with the senior population aged over 65. This time there will be a visit to the Beja Air Base and the Vale da Rosa Estate.
Registration takes place from 29 August to 7 September at the Education, Social Intervention and Health Division of Santiago do Cacém Town Hall (in the Quinta do Chafariz Green Park), in person or by mobile phone 968 743 919 (national mobile network).
The aim of this initiative is to publicise the country’s cultural heritage, as well as to provide moments of conviviality and sociability, promoting active ageing among the senior population living in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém.
