Madeira Island will once again host the most important open water circuit in the world. This year, Oceanman will have its final stage on the island of Madeira, between the 2nd and 3rd of September. This is a huge qualitative leap for Madeira Island to assert itself in the world open water swimming route. Over two days, around 600 swimmers will have the opportunity to take part in races ranging from 1.5km to 30km. Famous for its beautiful coastline and temperate waters – around 20ºC in September – Madeira is the ideal location to hold this event.
