Day 1
This excursion takes place in the central part of the island of Sao Miguel (+/- 45 minute drive away from the city of Ponta Delgada), more specifically in Ribeira da Praia. When we get there, we will proceed with the equipment distribution and a quick safety briefing, followed by a 10 minute / 1-hour hike, respectively, towards the canyons where the activities will succeed. In the end, it is time to enjoy the local thermal springs and, finally, return to the starting point, where we will have lunch.

The Full Day tour can start in the area of Lagos (located in the parish of Água D’Alto), or in Monte Escuro (depending on the group and weather conditions), both places of great beauty. We will hike through Pico da Vela and towards the Canyoning site, interspersing several jumps, slides and rappel moments of a considerable height, until we reach the final waterfall (of +/- 45 meters high).
