WATER RETREAT | SALT STONES

Pedras Salgadas, is located in the municipality of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, Alto Tâmega region, in the territory of Water and Welfare. The perfect location for days of reconnection, through the program created by Nature Roots that unites Nature, yoga, meditation and the Water element.

OBJECTIVE: Valorization of Water, as an element that links to emotions and healing; to make known the territory, the springs of water, rivers and the junction between the mountains and water; occupation of local lodgings; to promote yoga practices and meditation for a healthier and fuller life.

PROGRAM: Includes walks along the river Avelames, a walk to the Parque de Pedras Salgadas, water tasting of the rocks at the spring, yoga and meditation by the lake of Pedras Salgadas Eco Park; Return to the house of Parente, lecture on the physical and mental benefits of the water element; contemplation exercise and forgiveness in the woods of Casa do Parente; healthy eating, sharing.

It will be a weekend of Restart, with the possibility to know the world of medicinal waters and enjoy its landscape beauty and taste them.
You will also enjoy tours of the Mountains, in order to promote rest and physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Being able to take advantage of Yoga & Meditation sessions.
Moreover, that Nature Heals, and reflects, that which is undone within us. Take comfort in the wild and wild beauty of the landscapes of Trás-os-Montes.
