Lamb burger served on brioche bread, with mint sauce and jalapeno, and melted cheese. Harmonized with a glass of Howard’s Folly Sonhador Red 2015.
Seasonal crumble
Taking advantage of the availability of seasonal fruits, we propose our crumble: Braised apple jam, bacon crumble, black vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. Served with coffee.
