RETREAT WHERE YOU CAN DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE, IMPROVING ALIGNMENT, BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND MEDITATION.
Join Alicia for an exquisite week of yoga and body-mind awareness practices, offering Hatha & Dynamic Vinyasa yoga in the morning to activate your inner strength and push you gently to widen your boundaries, together with afternoons with Yin yoga and workshops style classes. All these teachings will be allowing you to realign and enter regenerative states of healing. While on this week-long journey with Alicia, you will deepen your Yoga practice, improving alignment, yogic breathing, and meditation techniques. Woven into the practices are elements of Tibetan Buddhism and Shamanic healing that aim to support your life on returning home. Alicia brings a down to earth and inspirational way of teaching influenced by several ancient traditions and wisdom. As a massage therapist, Alicia brings a particularly insightful understanding of the body in her yoga classes. Everyone is welcome whatever their experience or style of yoga might be.

Activities included: morning guided silent walks in the forest; 5 morning yoga classes; 4 afternoon workshops; half-hour private health consultation; one hour body harmonisation massage – thai, tui na, Indonesian, ayurvedic and/or acupuncture; a mid-week trip to the river Zêzere for a mud bath and swimming (weather permitting).
