RECOMMENDATIONS: during winter or in times of high rainfall, the river flow can change rapidly in a few hours, so the realization of the descent is always dependent on the analysis and evaluation of the river at the time, also taking into account the experience of the participants and their age group (we may even have to cancel a descent at the beginning of it).
In autumn and winter we do not recommend the participation of children and young people under 16 years old.
Participants should pay attention to their glasses, they should come with ribbons/cordon so they don’t get lost in the river.
We do not recommend the use of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices along the descent.
During the descent nothing should be left visible inside the vehicles and everything that is considered of value should be put in a backpack (which will always carry the participants or the organisation).
What to bring: (summer) hat and sun block suitable for your skin, light clothing (shorts and t-shirt) or suitable for the weather conditions of the day, canteen or bottle of water, light lunch (sandwiches, fruit, energy bars), closed sandals or old trainers that can get wet (flip flops are not recommended), dry clothes for the finish and a towel. (winter) warm and light clothes to wear underneath the neoprene suit, for example a jumper and thermal trousers. if you don’t rent or don’t have neoprene boots, we recommend old trainers, canteen or water bottle, light lunch (sandwiches, fruit, energy bars), dry and warm clothes for the finish and towel.
