Taste the Alentejo’s Bread

Have fun with Alentejo gastronomy at some very special places. Available every Saturday morning, for genuineness reasons it might not be available on the other weekdays. Using the oldest known and the most natural ways we can find in our days, we take our clients to literally get hands on the bread dough and make the true and only, traditional Alentejo’s bread. After putting the bread in the wood oven, while we wait for it to cook, we will visit some sites in Évora surroundings, rarely visited by any tourist. The bread will be tasted, during a typical Alentejo lunch, including, of course, the most exquisite wines produced in the region. The location where both the bread making and the lunch will be held is an old and full recovered windmill. Without any promises, if the weather allows, there might be the possibility of getting the windmill in motion and working.
