Provesende Walking Tour

In this walk, we will cross the villages of Provesende, famous in the past for its generous white wines, and São Cristóvão, with traditional terraces of vines. A breathtaking perspective of Douro from above. In this program it is possible to visit (and taste the bread!) A traditional bakery from 1940. Condition for access to the bakery: we have to start the program at 9am from Pinhão after it closes at 9:30 am to make the distribution. In technical terms, the walk is accessible. However, there are some parts with a sharp decline. Hiking poles are necessary.
