EMANUEL FÉLIX LOPES DA SILVA Recognized author of numerous posters, catalogues, logos, cartoons, covers and book illustrations, Emanuel Félix Lopes da Silva, born in Angra do Heroísmo, worked in the Study, Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art in the Azores in Angra do Heroísmo, where, in parallel, dedicated to the design of architecture and design, for operating that Restoration Center attached to the Museum of Angra. He has recently dedicated himself to urban sketching, individually and within the scope of the activities of the local group, of which he is a member and co-founder of the group Urban Sketchers. JOÃO FÉLIX Born in Angra do Heroísmo, thanks to his older brother’s record collection, the existence of a guitar at home, and the legacy of his grandfather, writer Emanuel Felix Borges da Silva, fell in love with music and the art of writing songs. Inspired by American folk music, as well as the Beatles, Dylan and others, it has accumulated a repertoire of songs, which usually features live acoustically and intimately. Today, as Singer-songwriter, under the name Felix the First, he plans to soon edit the first album of originals.
