WORKSHOP IN SÃO MIGUEL ISLAND TO PHOTOGRAPH FOOD DISHES
Presentation of various lighting techniques (continuous light, soft light and hard light) and composition, choice of the best settings, an indication of the appropriate objectives in each case and also some considerations on how to prepare food and the use of substitutes. The student after the workshop is sensitized to the need to prepare accurate and to his liking the composition of each photograph. Program: Theoretical part (12.00 – 13.00) with lunch in a restaurant in Ponta Delgada presenting a slideshow. Practical part (13,00h – 16,00h) – photographing various dishes of food. Application of the techniques presented during lunch.
