Appreciate the Portuguese olive oil tasting and learn about gold digging with an ancestral gold panning technique in the banks of a river. Day 1 Arrival to the accommodation. Morning: Visit the gigantic Roman Gold Mine of Conhal do Arneiro and to the traditional Olive Oil Pole Press in Vila Velha de Rodão, with Olive Oil Tasting at the “Lands of Gold”. Lunch in a restaurant with regional gastronomy. Afternoon: Activity “There’s Gold in the River”, ancestral gold panning technique, in the shores of the Ocreza river, ending with a visit to the Portas de Almourão Viewpoint. Dinner in a thematic restaurant. Accommodation. Day 3 Breakfast at the accommodation. Morning: Visit the Olive Oil Press Museum of Proença-a-Velha; experience in a modern olive oil plant and olive oil tasting in Ladoeiro.
