Menu de Harmonização com Vinhos Reserva e Premium Kataifi Shrimp Shrimp wrapped in Kataifi pasta, seasoned with local aromatic herbs, accompanied with basil mayonnaise. Paired with a glass of Howard’s Folly Dreamy White 2018. Croquettes from Alheira Alheira croquettes served with basil mayonnaise. Paired with a glass of Howard’s Folly Winemaker’s Choice 2013. Fresh cod toast Fresh cod served on Alentejo bread toast, pureed grain, coriander sprouts and coriander oil. Paired with a glass of Howard’s Folly Reserva 2015. Chunk of Alentejo Meat Chunk of Alentejo Meat served with a reduction of balsamic vinegar, cured sheep cheese, coriander and fried onion. Paired with a glass of Howard’s Folly Touriga Nacional 2015. Chocolate and Pink Pepper Iced chocolate mousse, with pink pepper meringue with our olive oil and salt flower. Served with coffee.
