Discover the Azores through photography

A visit to the island of São Miguel, accompanied by a professional, to photograph his favourite places. You will have theoretical training on how to photograph landscape, gastronomy and botany and then you will photograph freely. Later he selects the best photographs of the day, and these are commented on by the formator. The Landscape Workshop includes a visit to the Fire Lagoon, the old boiler, the Goat Vault, the tea plantation and the Hell Window rail. The botanical workshop includes a visit to the Terra Nostra Park and the gastronomy workshop will be held in a local restaurant. The participants will, in a group, learn or improve their photography technique, contact the local population and appreciate its uses and customs (prepare and remove the stew in the boilers, from the furnaces) and exercise the art of photographing.
