Casal de Loivos Walking Tour

This walk leads us to the hilltop of Casal de Loivos, a small village close to Pinhão, with a stunning and famous viewpoint. It’s a magnificent walk that perfectly shows the Douro Valley: villages, valleys, vineyards and olive trees. On this walk you can visit the olive oil museum in Casal de Loivos or, at the end, pay a visit to farms such as Quinta da Roêda (Porto Croft). These visits / tastings are not included in our prices. In technical terms, it is a bit of a demanding hike up the hill. But with an accessible descent and with a slightly steep slope.
